Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 170 g butter
  • 110 g brown sugar
  • 50 g white sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 230 g flour
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 2 g baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g dark chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Very chocolatey, soft cookies. Makes about 20.

Melt the butter in a double boiler. Beat the egg, egg yolk, and custard powder until creamy. Combine the melted butter with the brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla sugar and add to the egg and custard powder mixture. Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt and mix well. Roughly chop the chocolate and add it to the batter. Place small mounds of batter on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 10-12 minutes in an oven preheated to 170°C.
