Spaghetti in tomato and salmon sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 120g spaghetti
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp dill
  • 60 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 200 g tomatoes
  • 2 slice(s) of smoked salmon, 60 g each
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

WW suitable, with sour cream

Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Finely chop the onions, mince the garlic, and fry both in a little oil in a pan. Cut the salmon into small pieces and add to the onions. Drizzle with lemon juice and fry for about 5 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, add to the salmon, and sauté briefly. Add the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the dill.
