A delicacy you should try

Mix the butter with the flour and mix with the remaining ingredients to form a smooth dough. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to the thickness of a knife’s back and use a doughnut cutter to cut out round discs approximately 6 cm in diameter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 10 minutes. For the vanilla cream, whisk all the ingredients (except the butter) together and cook, stirring continuously, until thick and creamy. Once the cream has cooled, mix it with 100g of fluffy butter. Cover half of the cookies with chocolate glaze and decorate with half a peeled almond. Now spread the cream on the remaining half of the cookies and cover with chocolate-coated cookies. This mixture makes approximately 20 cookies, and they are a real treat the next day.
