Put the flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle, crumble in the yeast and pour in the milk. In the well, make a pre-dough with the yeast, a little flour, salt and sugar and let it rise, covered, for about 45 minutes. Melt the margarine, let it cool slightly and add to the pre-dough. Then knead everything into a smooth dough. Let the yeast dough rise again for about 45 minutes. Roll out the dough to about 4 mm thick. Mix the egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of water and spread a thin layer of it on half of the dough. Sprinkle the cheese and bacon on top. Fold the other half of the dough over and press down. Cut the dough into strips and twist them into a spiral shape. Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with the egg yolk mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt and caraway seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
