Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 125 g sugar
- 125 g butter
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp arrack
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 shot of arrack
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Combine flour and salt, add butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, and arrack, and knead into a smooth dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Form the dough into 12 cm long, pencil-thick rolls and shape into pretzels. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 12-15 minutes. Mix the powdered sugar and arrack to make a glaze. Spread a thin layer over the hot cookies. Let cool.
