Colorful pasta dish with wild salmon and green beans in lemon cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (preferably tagliatelle)
  • 400 g salmon (wild salmon)
  • 400 g green beans (princess beans)
  • 400 ml cream
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta al dente. Trim the beans and boil in salted water for 8 minutes. Halve the tomatoes, dice the salmon, and sear both in oil. Add the beans and sauté briefly. Add the cream and finely chopped dill, bring everything to a boil, and season the sauce with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Drain the pasta, immediately toss into the sauce, and serve.
