Strawberry sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp orange liqueur (e.g. Cointreau)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries. Place them in a tall mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients and puree with a hand blender. Tastes great with vanilla ice cream or on pancakes.
