Turkey with mushrooms in white wine cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 300 g mushrooms, brown
  • 300 g turkey schnitzel or pork schnitzel
  • 250 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • ½ tsp vegetable broth, granulated
  • ½ bunch chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Peel and dice the onion. Clean and halve the mushrooms. Wash the meat, pat dry, and finely chop. Heat oil in a pan. Brown the meat, then remove. Brown the mushrooms and onions in the frying fat. Add the meat and season. Dust with flour and sauté. Stir in the wine, 1/8 l water, cream, and granulated stock. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Season generously with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta well and serve with the sauce. Wash the chives, cut into rolls, and sprinkle over the chives.
