Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter or margarine
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 jar cranberries
  • 4 cups of cream
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 4 packs of cream stiffener
  • 60 g desiccated coconut

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Make a batter from butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolks, flour, and baking powder. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Pour the batter into a springform pan and bake for 30 minutes at 175°C. Cut the cooled cake in half crosswise. Spread the cranberries evenly on the bottom layer. For the cream, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener and pour some of it over the cranberries. Cover with the other layer. Spread the cake with the remaining cream and sprinkle with desiccated coconut. Place the gold and silver pearls tightly around the cake. Finally, crown the cake by placing the crown in the center of the cake.
