Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 190 ml water
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 240 g flour (wheat flour type 550)
- 60 g flour (rye flour type 1150)
- 1 pinch of ascorbic acid
- ½ tsp yeast (dry yeast)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for the bread maker
Place all ingredients in the BBA. Program: normal, browning: medium.
