Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg carrot(s)
- 1 ginger root, depending on taste
- 200 ml orange juice
- 200 ml cream
- 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
pureed, good as a starter
Peel and slice the carrots and ginger. Cook in the vegetable broth until soft. Puree with a hand blender, add the orange juice and cream. Season with salt and pepper.
