Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g oat flakes, wholemeal
  • 100 g marzipan paste
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp anise powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 52 minutes

simple cookies refined with marzipan, for about 45 pieces

Toast the oats until golden brown and let cool. Finely dice the marzipan and mix with the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter until creamy. Add the oats, flour, and anise powder. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and place small heaps of dough, about 3.5 cm in size, on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, using two teaspoons, about 4 cm apart. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, then immediately dust the hot cookies with cocoa powder.
