Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 150 g wild garlic
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 100 ml cream
- possibly salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Sauté the finely chopped onion in olive oil until translucent, then briefly sauté the washed and trimmed, coarsely chopped wild garlic leaves. Then add vegetable stock and simmer for about 10 minutes. Blend thoroughly with a hand blender. Add cream and season to taste. Do not allow to boil further.
