Cream cheese and radish soup

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 bunch radishes
  • some basil
  • 200 g double cream cheese with herbs
  • 250 ml chicken broth (instant)
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and trim the radishes, reserving some for garnish. Puree the remaining radishes in a food processor or blender. Combine in a saucepan with the cream cheese, milk, and broth and bring to a boil. Then season the soup with honey, salt, and pepper. If you like, you can also finely chop the radish leaves and add them. Finally, garnish the soup with the reserved radishes and basil leaves.
