  • 2 tbsp broth (powder)

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Recipe for a 10 liter pot

Peel and quarter the potatoes. Dice the salami and onions and fry them thoroughly in a pot. Add about 2.5 liters of water and stir in the broth. Add the soup vegetables and potatoes, and if necessary, top up with 0.5 liters of water so that the potatoes are just covered. Cook for about 25 minutes, then mash the potatoes. Season with Maggi, if desired, and add finely chopped sausage. This amount is enough for about three days for a two-person household with a good eater. The soup tastes best reheated the next day.
