Oven-baked fried potatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • oil
  • smoked salt
  • Paprika powder
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the potatoes. Cut them into thin slices, with or without the skin, and place them in a bowl. Pour the oil over them. Season to taste and knead thoroughly with your hands. Spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
