Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g biscuits (amaretti biscuits)
- 3 egg whites
- Salt
- 40 wafers (5cm diameter)

LowFat, makes about 40 pieces
Finely crumble or grind the amaretti biscuits. Beat the three egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Mix the amaretti biscuits with the egg whites. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Using two teaspoons, drop small heaps of the mixture onto the biscuits. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C on the middle rack for about 10 minutes.
