Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g oat flakes, fine
  • 45 g sultanas
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder, unsweetened, approx. 12 g
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon powder
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Low-calorie snacking at Christmas time

Mix all ingredients and add just enough water to cover the mixture. Then let it swell. (The consistency shouldn’t be too runny after soaking; it should be a bit firmer.) Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Place 14 oat mounds on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
