Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar and stir in. Add the cocoa powder and fold in. Using a moist teaspoon, scoop out small heaps of the mixture and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 135°C for approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Let them cool completely on the baking sheet before removing them from the baking sheet. These clouds are quick to make, melt in your mouth, and are delicious not just for Christmas.
