Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 packets of dry yeast
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 170 ml water, lukewarm
- 320 g flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 pack of tomatoes, chopped, 400 g
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 3 tsp pizza seasoning
- Salt
- pepper
- 150 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
Pizza dough: Knead all ingredients and let rise, covered, for 30 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the pizza topping. Slice the bell peppers. Heat oil in a pan and brown the minced meat. Add the chopped tomatoes and season with tomato paste, paprika, pizza seasoning, salt, and pepper. Roll out the dough and bake on a baking sheet at 160°C (convection oven) for 5 minutes. Spread the meat sauce over the pre-baked dough, arrange the bell pepper strips on top, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 160°C (convection oven).
