Preparation quick way

Make a liquid solution from yeast, sugar, and a little lukewarm milk. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl, pour in the yeast-sugar solution, and knead with the dough hook of a mixer until a smooth dough forms. Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm, draft-free place. Continue to use as usual. Uses: Add sugar to sheet cakes or slab cakes with sweet toppings and fruit toppings. Add to yeast pastries, swirled pasta, plaited yeast rolls, poppy seed rolls, and wrapped cakes. Add without sugar to pizza and rolls.
