Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 180 g butter or margarine
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- Parsley, dried
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups of sour cream or crème fraîche
- pepper
- salt and pepper
- 150 g diced ham
- 100 g fried onions
- 200 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Knead all ingredients into a dough, adding a little more flour depending on the type of sour cream you’re using. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet with a baking frame. Spread the ham cubes on top. Mix the sour cream and eggs, season, and pour over the ham cubes. Sprinkle with fried onions and finally the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
