  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 150 g smoked ham
  • 300 g whipped cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant

Cook the pasta and set aside. Clean the mushrooms, slice them, and fry them in a pan. Season with salt and pepper, remove from the pan, and set aside. Then slice the ham and fry it in the same pan. Add the cleaned and sliced ​​spring onions (approx. 1 cm thick) and fry them lightly. Then add 2/3 of the cream, season with vegetable stock, salt, and pepper, and simmer for about 3 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and pasta to the pan and stir. Add the remaining cream, let the pan stand on the heat for a short while, and season to taste.
