Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 350 g pasta (farfalle)
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 150 g smoked ham
- 300 g whipped cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
Instructions

Cook the pasta and set aside. Clean the mushrooms, slice them, and fry them in a pan. Season with salt and pepper, remove from the pan, and set aside. Then slice the ham and fry it in the same pan. Add the cleaned and sliced spring onions (approx. 1 cm thick) and fry them lightly. Then add 2/3 of the cream, season with vegetable stock, salt, and pepper, and simmer for about 3 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and pasta to the pan and stir. Add the remaining cream, let the pan stand on the heat for a short while, and season to taste.
