Asian tuna sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 1 banana(s)
  • cream
  • broth
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • curry powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sauté the onion until translucent, add the tuna, deglaze with broth, season with salt and curry, pour in the cream, and simmer. Slice the banana, add it, and cook gently. Grate the coconut paste over the top and sprinkle with parsley. I served it with penne, and it was excellent.
