Salmon spaghetti in peach cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 2 salmon fillets (125 g each)
  • 2 peaches, fresh or from the can
  • 1 cup of cream
  • dill
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Briefly fry both salmon fillets in a little oil. Chop one salmon fillet and one peach into small pieces and set aside. Puree the remaining salmon and the second peach with the cream. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti al dente. Simmer the salmon and cream mixture for a few minutes and season with dill, salt, and pepper. If using canned peaches, add a little more juice if desired. Heat the reserved salmon and peach pieces in the sauce, then mix the sauce with the spaghetti. Serve immediately, garnished with dill.
