Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g melon(s) (watermelon), prepared and weighed
- 10 cl rum, light brown
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 6 cl lime juice
- 6 cl orange liqueur
- 2 handfuls of ice cubes
- Sugar for garnishing
- 1 lime(s) for garnish
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 10 minutes
Deseed and dice the watermelon. Then place it in a container and freeze for at least 5 hours. After 5 hours, add all ingredients to a blender along with the watermelon and blend vigorously. Before serving, decorate 4 glasses with a sugar rim and garnish with a lime wedge.
