Rhubarb – Mint – Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 800 g rhubarb
  • 5 mint leaves, possibly up to 10
  • Gelling sugar, 2 : 1, quantity according to package instructions

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the rhubarb into small pieces, about 1 cm each. Finely slice the mint leaves. Mix everything with the preserving sugar. I let it stand until the preserving sugar dissolved. Then bring everything to a boil and pour it into jars while still hot.
