Rhubarb – Kiwi – Jam

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g rhubarb
  • 500 g kiwifruit
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 kg gelling sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Wash and peel the rhubarb, then cut into small pieces. Peel the kiwi and cut into small pieces. Place it in a large pot with the juice of one lemon and cover with preserving sugar. Let stand for about 2 hours to allow the juice to draw. Then bring the mixture to a boil, simmer for 4 minutes, and pour into jars while still hot.
