Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g chicken, shredded
- 1 avocado(s)
- 60 g couscous
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- olive oil
- ½ apple
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
First, bring the couscous to a boil according to the instructions with the juice of half a lemon, a little olive oil, and salt. While the couscous is cooking, mix the honey with about 2 teaspoons of olive oil, the chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush the meat with this mixture, or mix everything together in a bowl and then fry it in a hot pan over medium heat. While the meat is cooking, thinly slice half an apple and cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces. Turn the meat over and add the apple slices to the pan. Finish frying the meat and toss it with the couscous, don’t forget the sauce in the pan. Add the avocado, season with a little olive oil and the remaining lemon juice, and eat immediately.
