Ribbon pasta with ham and Gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 400 g tagliatelle, green
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 100g Gorgonzola
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick and easy

Cut the ham into thin strips. Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Meanwhile, heat the cream, white wine, and Gorgonzola in a deep pan and stir until smooth. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Now add the ham to the cheese sauce and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Transfer the cooked tagliatelle to the pan, mix thoroughly, and let it simmer for a short time.
