Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g peas
  • 250 g rice
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 250 g leek, in rings
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow, diced
  • 500 g pork schnitzel, in finger-thick slices
  • 30 g clarified butter
  • ¾ liter broth
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat clarified butter in a large pan and brown the meat until browned. Remove the meat, add the rice and peas, pour in the broth, and simmer covered for 10 minutes. Then add the remaining vegetables and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add the meat and heat through. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
