A dish for young and old
Bring half a cup of water to a boil. Meanwhile, wash the rice and add it with the milk. Bring to a boil, season with salt, and stir once. Cover, turn off the heat, and let the rice cook on the heat. Blanch the sausages and dry them. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the sausages until browned on all sides. Pierce with a rolling pin to allow the fat to drain. Be careful, it will splatter! Keep the cooked sausages warm and reduce the cooking fat with a cup of water. Divide the rice among the plates, sprinkle thickly with the sugar and cinnamon mixture, and pour the hot fat over it. Then place the sausages on top.
