Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 10 cl Lillet Rosé
  • 20 cl Crémant Rosé or sparkling wine or champagne
  • 6 cl grapefruit juice
  • ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

refreshing grapefruit cocktail

Juice the grapefruit (or perhaps a pink grapefruit) and mix the juice with the Lillet Rosé. Fill two glasses (Burgundy or fancy) with ice cubes, add the juice/Lillet mix, and top with rosé sparkling wine (preferably a Crémant, but also a sparkling wine, Cava, or Champagne – as long as it’s traditionally bottle-fermented and rosé). Garnish as desired.
