Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 15 cl Lillet Blanc
  • 10 cl Crémant
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 grapefruit(s)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • ice cubes

delicious aperitif for the summer

Squeeze the orange, grapefruit, and lemon and mix the juice with the Lillet. Fill two glasses (Burgundy or fancy) with ice cubes, add the juice/Lillet mix, and top with sparkling wine (preferably a Crémant, but also a sparkling wine, Cava, or Champagne – as long as it’s traditionally bottle-fermented and a cuvée). Garnish with a slice of orange and/or grapefruit. A small skewer or umbrella with a physalis skewered between an orange slice also looks very nice!
