Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pork fillet(s)
- 4 apples
- ¼ liter cream
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 1 tsp curry
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground black
- Clarified butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the fillet into 1cm-thick slices, sear on both sides in clarified butter, and season. Place in a greased casserole dish. Peel the apples and place the slices on top of the meat. Mix the cream with tomato paste and season with curry powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over the meat, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in the oven at 225°C for about 30 minutes. I serve the fillet with rice and salad.
