Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 large zucchini
- some horseradish
- 100 g smoked salmon slices
- 200 g cream cheese, grainy, optionally low-fat
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Halve the zucchini lengthwise. Using a spoon, shape the halves into small boats. Brush the boat body with horseradish. Add smoked salmon slices. Brush the salmon with horseradish as well (optional for those who like horseradish). Season the cream cheese with a little salt and pepper. Fill the boats with cream cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C on the medium heat for about 30 minutes, then enjoy.
