Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- ½ cup sour cream
- some parsley, chopped
- 1 can of tuna
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the zucchini, halve it, and hollow it out. Combine the zucchini flesh with sour cream, parsley, and shredded tuna. Season with salt and pepper, and fill the zucchini with the mixture. Place the zucchini halves in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven to 200°C for about 20 minutes, until the zucchini is tender.
