Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cl Blue Curaçao
  • 2 cl cream
  • 8 cl pineapple juice
  • 1 piece(s) pineapple and 1 cocktail cherry

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

First, add the Curacao, then the cream, and then the juice to the shaker over ice and shake well. Then strain into a highball glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry. Tip: Add the ingredients to the shaker in this order, as the cocktail is supposed to be blue. If you don’t do it this way, the cocktail will turn green and look less appealing.
