Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g butter
- 75 g sugar
- 3 drops flavoring (lemon)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 125 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Blackberries
- 150 g flour
- 75 g nuts, ground
- 150 g sugar
- 125 g butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
For 12 pieces
For the dough, beat the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Then add the lemon flavoring and eggs, and finally stir in the flour mixed with the baking powder. Pour the batter into 12 muffin tins. Top with blackberries, if desired. For the crumble, knead the softened butter with the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nuts by hand and sprinkle over the blackberries. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes. Tip: For a 28cm springform pan, I use double the amount of ingredients.
