Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 300 g cream cheese, no semi-skimmed
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
- Broth, instant
- n. B. water
- Cornstarch or flour to thicken.
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Finely chop the chicken and onions. Brown both in a pan. Press the garlic into the pan. Add the dissolved broth to the pan and cover with boiling water, depending on how much sauce you want. Bring the sauce to a boil and stir in the cream cheese. Bring back to a boil and thicken the sauce. Serve with pasta.
