Sour cream cake cooked with the Fast Eddi in the microwave

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g sour cream
  • ¼ tsp, leveled baking soda

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

For 8 pieces

Beat the eggs with a mixer. Add the sugar and mix for about 1 minute. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix for a good 1 minute. Pour the batter into a silicone mold and place it in the Fast Eddi. Place the Fast Eddi in the microwave and cook at 900 watts for 8 minutes. Then remove the Fast Eddi and let it stand for 1 minute to open. Remove the cake, place it on a cake plate, and let it cool.
