Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slice(s) of beef liver(s), a.150g
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 small apples
  • butter
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the onions and slice them into rings. Peel the apples and slice them into slices. Place the flour on a flat plate. Heat the butter in a pan, sauté the onion rings until translucent, and fry the diced apples. Season the liver with pepper, coat it in flour, shake off any excess flour, and fry the liver on top of the onions and apples. Add salt only after frying!
