Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ cube of yeast
- 150 ml milk
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 kg onion(s)
- 175 g bacon (breakfast bacon)
- 400 g sour cream
- 3 eggs
- pepper
- Oil for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Mix yeast with sugar in lukewarm milk until smooth. Add flour and half the salt, and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. Preheat oven to 200°C. Peel onions and slice into thin rings. Dice bacon and fry in a pan. Add onions and sauté until translucent. Mix together sour cream, eggs, salt, and pepper. Knead the dough again, roll it out on an oiled baking sheet, and pull up an edge. Spread the onion and bacon mixture on top. Pour the egg and cream over it. Bake for about 35 minutes.
