Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg poultry liver(s)
  • 300 g bacon, streaky
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 onions
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Slice the bacon and fry briefly. Add the diced onions and bell peppers and sauté. Remove from the pan and keep warm. In the same pan, fry the chicken livers and season with paprika and salt. Once the livers are fried, return everything to the pan and sauté briefly. Serve with rice.
