Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 package of butter (250 g)
- 1 jar pesto rosso (max. 190 g)

Very quick to make and delicious!
Bring the butter to room temperature and place it in a mixing bowl. Rub the pesto rosso through a sieve with a spoon to allow some of the oil to drain off. Then add it to the butter and mix well (using a hand mixer if necessary), then refrigerate. It tastes great on a baguette at a barbecue, and if you have any leftovers, it can be used the next day on a roll, bread, or pasta. It’s a different kind of herb butter for when you’re having barbecue guests or bringing something over.
