Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 2 handfuls of fresh basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt

Ideal for grilling
Remove the butter from the refrigerator some time before preparation to allow it to soften. Place the basil leaves in a tall container, along with the crushed garlic and a little salt. Briefly (!) chop the leaves with an immersion blender and add the softened butter. Blend everything with an immersion blender until smooth. Transfer to a container (preferably with a lid) and refrigerate. Tastes great with toasted bread, flatbread, or grilled food. For a very decorative touch, place the finished butter in a red bell pepper for a party.
