Garlic and herb butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g butter, room temperature
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Wash the herbs and shake them dry. Finely chop the chives and parsley. Grate or press the garlic. Combine the room-temperature butter and all other ingredients in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer until smooth. Line a baking sheet with plastic wrap and place the butter in a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle. Pipe on approximately 20-25 small rosettes. Place in the freezer for approximately 1.5 hours, until the garlic butter hardens.
