Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp jam (blackcurrant)
  • 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

simply delicious with fish fingers

Simply mix all the ingredients together and pour over the hot fish fingers. At first glance, the recipe might sound a bit strange, but I can’t go without it when it comes to fish fingers anymore.
