Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • ½ pack of herb cream cheese
  • ½ feta cheese
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • 1 pack of mushrooms
  • 1 shallot(s), depending on size
  • salt and pepper
  • chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the mushrooms and twist out the stems. Then finely chop the stems; you’ll need them later. Crush the feta cheese and finely dice the ham and shallot. Combine everything in a bowl and fold in the cream cheese and crème fraîche. Stir in the chopped mushroom stems. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and chili to taste. Then stuff the mushroom caps. Place the cooked mushrooms on the grill for about 10 minutes. If you have a grill with a lid, close the lid.
